Fibre Laser mold repair welder (latest generation)
The best value mold laser welder on the market!
Equal to any mold repair welder on the market but far less expensive. Fibre Laser based (latest generation), not old style YAG/xenon arc type.
Compared to others with Xenon Arc / YAG type it has MANY advantages:
– Higher power output, but is very adjustable when you don’t need all the power.
– Half the electricity consumption (large cost saving and green!)
– Half the heat rejection to your workshop, which is a big consideration in summer
– Much more reliable. Longer life, less maintenance and almost no consumables required.
– More compact, as the chiller is smaller and integrated into the cabinet like our handheld laser welders.
– Double the table travel (300x200mm)
– Has electric adjustments in 3 axes.
– User pre-sets are easy to use, and remembered if changed.
– Power output is more stable.
Mould repair laser welder general features
1. The base of the worktable is electrically raised and lowered, and the movement of the worktable adopts a precision ball screw and a high-precision linear guide, which is light and flexible, accurate in positioning, and can bear up to 220lbs (100 kg);
2. The laser head can slide back and forth, and the objective lens is water-cooled; the laser head can be easily rotated 90 degrees, which is convenient for repair welding on either side;
3. Powerful. The welding depth is large. Can weld with wire size up to 0.050″ (1.2mm) wire size. Welded parts can be fully melted without undercut or porosity. The final finish is neat and uniform.
