Neil Silke

Neil Silke is a design and development engineer with decades of experience in mechanical and electronic projects at GM Holden, Siemens and Catapult. As well as having an honours degree in Engineering from RMIT University and holding several patents, he is a practical guy and a racer who grew up on a farm, so is equally at home designing new products, fabricating, or rebuilding cars and engines.
Neil tried and failed at TIG welding, but is a gun at hand held laser welding. The dirty secret is that it’s so easy your cleaning lady would give him a run for his money.
Aaron Gibbs
US SALES AND SERVICE MANAGER
Aaron is a CWI (Certified Welding Instructor) with many skills. He has four different degrees and three certificates ranging from a Welding degree to a Millwright degree, mostly from his time in the industry and Army Reserve. Aaron ran a welding department laboratory, took on a faculty job in 2017 and was promoted to Welding Coordinator in 2018.
He’s also a very nice guy and can help you with any technical or sales enquiries.
