What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We subsidise all deliveries, but keep it simple by charging a flat $300 delivery cost for our air cooled laser welders, $500 for water cooled laser welders and $30 for helmets.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept ACH transfers for large amounts, or credit cards for laser glasses and laser welding helmets
How long will delivery take?
Orders should be delivered in a matter of days, or longer for remote areas. If your order is urgent, please ask for a delivery time estimate.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We have a policy of NOT recording your payment information, instead using certified payment services. We hate the risk of having your information given out or stolen as much as you do, so we take due care with your information and do NOT sell or pass it on.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order. If you don’t receive one, please email [email protected] to have an invoice supplied.
