Laser Welder Company provides 2 years’ warranty on laser welders and cleaners sold from 15 February onwards. This covers the complete system, excluding wear and tear and consumable items such as nozzles, tips, optical lenses and mirrors. The warranty also excludes damage such as (but not limited to) operator negligence, not following the user manual, voltage surges, spikes or brown outs, abuse, impact, moisture, dust, dirt, sparks, laser strike, vibration, and kinking, crushing or bending the fibre cable sharply, etc. The warranty extends only to rectifying the fault. Any consequential damage or expenses are not covered. Non-authorised repairs are also not covered.

At the first sign of problems, please read the manual. If the fault is not easily solved, please email [email protected] or call us on (574) 891 8358 to diagnose the issue and confirm whether this is a warranty fault and what the solution is.

For failures that cannot be solved by the customer, or repaired by a local agent, we will provide warranty repairs or new product at our option. However the customer is responsible for freight and packaging to safely return the product/s to the repair centre we advise at the time. We will then return the repaired unit to the customer at our cost.
For other failures, such minor failures which meet the terms of the warranty, and those which the customer or a local repair agent can fix, we will provide parts, repair information and pay reasonable labour costs.

A repair made under warranty does not extend the warranty, and does not restart the warranty period.

If a transfer of ownership occurs, the balance of time left on the warranty will apply, and the new owner must provide proof of the original purchase date by the previous owner.

Replacement parts purchased outside of warranty have one year of warranty, with the same exclusions as as for new machines, covered above.
