1. Return Window:

We want happy customers, so we accept returns and exchanges.  However please contact us to discuss any concerns you have found. If a return for “change of mind” is required, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If the machine is not performing as expected, please check the user manual and videos. Lasers are different to arc welders, and require some changes in technique, as well as attention to lens cleanliness and focus. Fortunately these are easy to learn.

2. Return Process:

  • Method: After approval, returns must be sent by tracked mail, courier or freight. Please include the customer’s name and contact details in the package, as a minimum for traceability.

3. Conditions of Returns:

  • Products found damaged or defective upon arrival: Take clear photographs of any damage including the packaging. We will send replacement items, repair under our warranty policy, or cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund. This offer does not apply to damage caused by the customer.
  • Exchanges and returns for “Change of Mind”: In the first 30 days, we accept returns for non-defective items provided they are returned in new condition with original, undamaged packaging. If you have damaged the machine or packaging, the cost of rectifying this damage will also be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please confirm the return address with us, as our returns centre address is different to our warehouse address.

4. Fees and Costs:

  • Return Shipping: For defective products, return shipping is free. For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% applies to all non-defective returns to cover inspection and re-packaging costs.
  • Damage caused by the customer will be charged to the customer. We deduct this from the refund amount.

5. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment. If you paid by check or ACH, please confirm the bank account details by email and include a paper copy in the packaging, for our refund by ACH.
