1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Frida).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Freight: 3–10 Business Days from order
- $40 Flat Rate shipping cost.
3. Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time, UTC/GMT -5 hours) will begin processing the following business day.
4. Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
5. Delivery Areas:
We ship to addresses within the mainland USA, Canada and Mexico. Other regions can be quoted on request. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Refused Deliveries:
In the event any product ordered by the customer is refused by the customer or his/her designated representative or turned back for reasons other than apparent major shipping damage, the customer will be billed for shipping back and forth. This amount will be deducted from the original payment.
